What did I base my clinical approach on?
My practice is based on an evidence-based therapeutic approach that combines a deep understanding of each individual's experience with effective psychological techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness. I focus on helping clients identify maladaptive thought and behavior patterns that may be hindering their well-being, and working with them step-by-step to develop practical skills that help them improve their daily lives and make more conscious and calm decisions.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and neutral space where clients feel accepted, free from judgment or pressure. I strive to create an environment that facilitates honest expression of feelings, fosters opportunities for change and inner growth, and supports the achievement of a stable psychological balance and a clearer perspective on life.
